Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •participants who consented for the study, age group 21\-55 years, NPRS scale \[4\-7] moderate pain, nurses working for at least 8 hours, Both male and female, Low back pain more than 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • •pregnancy, any previous surgery \[past 6 months], traumatic conditions, radiculopathy, malignancy, any spinal pathology, recent injury, inflammatory spinal disease, previous fractures
