- •participants who consented for the study, age group 21-55 years, NPRS scale [4-7] moderate pain, nurses working for at least 8 hours, Both male and female, Low back pain more than 3 months
排除标准
- •pregnancy, any previous surgery [past 6 months], traumatic conditions, radiculopathy, malignancy, any spinal pathology, recent injury, inflammatory spinal disease, previous fractures
