- •Scheduled for elective surgery under brachial plexus block
- •No h/o allergy or sensitivity to any of the studied local anaesthetics
- •Patients weighing over 50kg

- •Bleeding disorders
- •Neuromuscular disorders
- •Cardiovascular compromise
- •Hepatic dysfunction
- •Renal failure
- •Patient refusal to participate
