Inclusion Criteria

Age 70-35 years; patient satisfaction; diagnosis of uncomplicated acute coronary syndrome; having phone line, not having a mental illness and retardation
Exclusion criteria: Hospitalization; disconnect the phone for 2 weeks during the first month and 3 weeks during the second and third month of intervention.
