We will be assessing airway changes by ultrasound in patients undergoing robotic surgeries in steep trendlenberg position.Parameters assessed include anterior soft tissue neck thickness at the level of hyoid bone,vocal cords and also mallampati grading,neck circumference at various intervals.

入选标准
- •ASA I-II Patients Posted for robotic surgeries under general anaesthesia in steep trendlenberg position.
排除标准
- •Patients who had upper airway pathology • cervical spine fractures • MMP 4 • History of difficult laryngoscopy or intubation • congestive heart failure • Renal disease were excluded.

主要结局
Anterior soft tissue neck thickness at the level of hyoid bone
时间窗: Baseline[preoperatively] | After extubation[Modified Aldrete score more than 18] | 2 hours after surgery | 6 hours after surgery | 12 hours after surgery
次要结局
- 1.Anterior soft tissue thickness at the level of vocal cords(2.Submandibular sonographic measurement of tongue thickness)
