入排标准
入选标准
- •1 Participants aged 18 years and above.
- •2 Participant should have one or more of the following :
- •- >An acute Increase in SCr by > 0.3 mg/dl within 48 hours.
- •- >Increase in SCr to >1.5 times baseline, which is known or presumed to have occurred within the prior 7 days.
- •- > Urine volume <0.5 ml/kg/h for 6 hours.
- •- > All incident patients of high creatinine will be included . (If baseline Cr was not available but creatinine subsequently fell from the maximum creatinine by a factor of 1.5 or more to a value below threshold, these patients were also defined as having AKI).
排除标准
- •Patients with proven end-stage renal disease .
- •Patients on maintenance dialysis (HEMODIALYSIS AND PERITONEAL DIALYSIS) .
- •When baseline was not available and the patient died before renal recovery.
- •Renal transplant
