Inclusion Criteria
Participants age 50-75 years undergoing screening colonoscopy
Exclusion Criteria
Participants with
1. History of colorectal surgery
2. History of IBD or familial polyposis syndrome
3. Lower GI symptoms including LGIH, change in bowel habit, unexplained reason of anemia or weight loss
