Inclusion Criteria

Volunteers diagnosed with flu syndrome; suspected or confirmed of Covid-19, considered a mild case; have indication of home isolation; age 18 years or older; be literate; have a mobile device for personal use; be able to read text message; answer the call from the cell phone itself

Exclusion Criteria

Volunteers who do not answer the research team's phone call after three attempts to contact; answer the phone and do not wish to continue participating in the survey; someone else answers the phone and the participant is not found
