Inclusion Criteria

1.Children of age group 6-12 years fulfilling the diagnostic criteria irrespective of gender, religion and socio-economic status

2.Children with mild to moderate exacerbation of asthma as per GINA

3.Those parents who are willing to participate their child in the study and ready to sign the assent form

Exclusion Criteria

1.Children with history of or presenting with tuberculosis emphysema chronic airway limitation severe upper airway obstruction or any anatomical defect in airway

Children with severe form of asthma with any one of SPO2 < 92%, cyanosis Silent chest or PEF < 35%
