入选标准
- •1. Between 20 and 80 years of age who will undergo lumpectomy or mastectomy for breast cancer
- •2. American society of anesthesiologist class 1-3
- •3. Patients scheduled to use PCA after surgery
排除标准
- •1. American society of anesthesiologist class 4 or higher
- •2. known allergy to local anesthetics
- •3. pre-existing neurologic impairment in block region
- •4. Rejected use of Patient controlled analgesia and discontinued use due to side effects
- •5. Bleeding tendancy
- •(coagulopathy, thrombocytopenia, antiplatelet / anticoagulation medication)
