Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Healthy male, semen concentration of 20 million per mL or more and at least 50 percent motility
- •2\.Correct collection method
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Incorrect method : intercourse and condom used, spermicidal lubricant used
- •2\.Abnormal semen analysis
- •3\.Semen delivered to the laboratory for more than 1 hour
