Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients who fulfill the American College of Rheumatology [ACR]/ the European league against rheumatism [EULAR] criteria for Sjogren's syndrome which was revised in 2002 and/or 2012 ACR criteria.
2) Patients who agree to be enrolled in pSS cohort by informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
We excluded participants with rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, or other connective tissue disease. Any patient with prior diagnosis of any of the following conditions is excluded:
History of head and neck radiation treatment
Hepatitis C infection
Acquired immunode?ciency syndrome
Sarcoidosis
Amyloidosis
Graft versus host disease
IgG4-related disease
