Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • INCLUSION CRITERIA
  • 1\. Low back pain more than 3 month
  • 2\. Patients willing and able to participate in an exercise program safely and without cognitive impairments that would limit their participation.
  • 3\. Age: 20\-60 years
  • 4\. Pain: 2 to 7 on NPRS
  • 5\. Gender: male and female
  • 6\. Working knowledge of English

Exclusion Criteria

  • EXCLUSION CRITERIA
  • 1\. Any other limiting condition which would make diaphragmatic breathing contraindicating
  • 2\. Any other neurological disorder, underlying respiratory pathology
  • 3\. History of surgery in past year
  • 4\. History of injury in preceding 3 months
  • 5\. Spinal surgery
  • 6\. Osteoporosis
  • 7\. Subjects on sleep medication which affect sleep directly
  • 8\. Pregnancy
  • 9\. Diagnosed cardiovascular disease
