1. Female stress urinary incontinence was diagnosed;
2. 40 years old <= age <= 75 years old, female;
3. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
1. Urgent incontinence, mixed incontinence and overflow incontinence;
2. History of urinary incontinence surgery or pelvic floor surgery;
3. Genital prolapse >= 2 degrees;
4. Symptomatic urinary tract infection;
5. Residual urine > 30ml;
6. The maximum urine flow rate is less than 20ml / s.
7. Those who can't walk, go up and down stairs, or run or are limited;
8. Those who have been using drugs that may affect bladder function or who are receiving special treatment for stress urinary incontinence;
9. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and mental diseases, diabetes mellitus, multiple system atrophy, cauda equina lesion, and myelopathy;
10. Pregnancy or lactation period; installation of cardiac pacemaker, metal allergy or severe fear of needle.
