1 Age at least 20 year old
2 Diagnosed allergic rhinitis by doctor from department of otorhonolaryngology at Phramongkutklao hospital with at least 1 symptom (rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, sneezing or itching) and Skin Prick test positive
3 ability in communication by listening, speaking, reading and writing thai
4 available to contact by phone
5 willing to participate in the research
1 diagnosed chronic rhinosinusitis or asthma
2 contraindication for vitamin D included Hyperparathyroidism, Hypercalcemia, Hyperphosphatemia or Kidney stones
3 Vitamin D level more than 30 ng/ml
4 Diagnosed Malabsorption included Short bowel, History of gastric bypass or Chronic
pancreatitis
5 Impaired renal function
6 Prenant or lactation
7 use vitamin D supplemement in 3 months
8. Allergic rhinitis VAS score <2
