Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with missing at least one tooth other than the third molar and have edentulous
area
2. Patients who are interested in having information about dental implant therapies
3. Patients with age 20 years old and over
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who refuse to participate in this study
2. Patients who have previous history of dental implant placement
3. Patients who have serious depression or psychiatric disorders
4. Patients who unable to understand or read in Thai language
