- •Have reading and writing skills
- •Living in Gorgan city
- •Having Type 2 Diabetes
Exclusion Criteria
- •Drug Addiction
- •History of performing muscle relaxant technique
- •Cause of other acute physical abnormalities
- •Severe psychiatric disorder
- •Taking hypnotic drugs
- •Mental health score i more than 23
