- •ASA physical status I\-III
- •Glassgow coma scale 15
- •Intacrainial and spinal meningioma
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal to sign consent
- •Known allergy to any anaesthetic drugs
- •Glassgow coma scale \<15
- •Obesity(body mass index \>30\)
- •History of drug or alcohol abuse
