Inclusion Criteria
Closed diaphyseal fractures of tibia
Tibial fractures treated by CRIF
Tibial fractures treated without surgery
Patient in the age group of 20-50yrs
Exclusion Criteria
Open tibial fractures
Tibial fractures treated by open reduction
Associated head injury and spinal injury
Smokers and Alcoholics
Patients on long term NSAIDs
Patients on steroids and immunosuppresors
Pregnant and lactating women
Diabetics, Renal and Hepatic failure
Immunodeficient patients
Pathological fractures
