Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients posted for elective above knee orthopedic surgeries
- •Patients between 18\-75 years
- •ASA I II and III
Exclusion Criteria
- •Revision surgeries
- •Known allergy to any of the medications used
- •Patients with chronic pain on slow release preparation of opioids, drug or alcohol abuse
- •Patients with dementia or cognitive problems
- •Patients having history of inguinal hernia or infection in inguinal region
- •Coagulopathy or patients on anti coagulants
- •Patients with multiple fractures
