Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age more than 18 years.
- •Patients willing for participation in the study.
- •All patients undergoing exploratory laparotomy in the emergency regardless of indication for surgery, type of closure, duration and final outcome.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age less than 18 years.
- •Patient not willing for participation.
- •Patients who developed wound dehiscence after second surgery.
- •Female patients undergoing gynaecological procedure.
