Inclusion Criteria
1. Post-radiotherapy patients with head and neck cancer.
2. Patients who have remaining teeth at least 10.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who had palliative care for cancer treatment.
2. Patients who are unable to communicate properly.
3. Patients who cannot access telemedicine application.
