Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Children who play internet or mobile games at least 30 hours per week.
  • Children visiting OPD for consultation and found to have gaming or internet addiction as per DSM 5 criteria.
  • Written consent given by the parents/ guardian of children for participation in the study.
  • Patient on other modes of treatment after a washout period of 1 month.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients suffering from any acute and life\-threatening illness.
