Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Children who play internet or mobile games at least 30 hours per week.
- •Children visiting OPD for consultation and found to have gaming or internet addiction as per DSM 5 criteria.
- •Written consent given by the parents/ guardian of children for participation in the study.
- •Patient on other modes of treatment after a washout period of 1 month.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients suffering from any acute and life\-threatening illness.
