入选标准
- •All children of either sex, aged between 3 to 10 years undergoing following day care surgery under general anaesthesia
- •1. Non-gastrointestinal lower abdominal
- •2. Lower limb orthopaedic surgery
- •3. Urogenital surgery
排除标准
- •1. ASA physical status 3 and 4
- •2. Children with history of motion
- •3. Difficult airway or airway anomaly
- •4. Gastrointestinal disorders
- •5. Known allergy to any of the drugs used
- •6. Any contraindication to caudal epidural
- •anaesthesia
