Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All children of either sex, aged between 3 to 10 years undergoing following day care surgery under general anaesthesia
  • •1\. Non\-gastrointestinal lower abdominal
  • •2\. Lower limb orthopaedic surgery
  • •3\. Urogenital surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. ASA physical status 3 and 4
  • •2\. Children with history of motion
  • •3\. Difficult airway or airway anomaly
  • •4\. Gastrointestinal disorders
  • •5\. Known allergy to any of the drugs used
  • •6\. Any contraindication to caudal epidural
  • •anaesthesia
