To be included in the study, patients must have received a differential diagnosis of LSS based on the presence of specific diagnostic criteria. These criteria included tightness of the Levator Scapulae muscle, reduced or painful flexion, and contralateral side bending caused by muscle guarding or spasms.
Patients with burns or soft tissue injuries, hypersensitive skin, skin allergies, skin infections, contractures, dislocations, or fractures of the upper limb, frozen shoulder, recent shoulder muscle injuries, tendinitis, or bursitis around the shoulder, hemophilia or any clotting disorder,
