Inclusion Criteria
1.age more than 18 year
2.had indication for Lumbar puncture
3.body mass indect more than or equal to 25 kg/m2 or scoliosis or History back surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
1.unstable vital sign Systolic blood pressure below 90 mmHg, respiratory rate below 10 or more than 30 per miniute
2.pregnancy
3.Contraindication for lumbar puncture: Increase intracranial pressure or skin site infection or coagulopathy
4.patient denied ultrasound
5.Failure lumbar more than 3 attemps
