入选标准
- •1.age more than 18 year
- •2.had indication for Lumbar puncture
- •3.body mass indect more than or equal to 25 kg/m2 or scoliosis or History back surgery.
排除标准
- •1.unstable vital sign Systolic blood pressure below 90 mmHg, respiratory rate below 10 or more than 30 per miniute
- •2.pregnancy
- •3.Contraindication for lumbar puncture: Increase intracranial pressure or skin site infection or coagulopathy
- •4.patient denied ultrasound
- •5.Failure lumbar more than 3 attemps
