Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Preoperative epidural catheter placement for post operative epidural analgesia for urologic, upper, and lower abdominal surgery under general anaesthesia.
- •2 American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) 1 and 2 patients
- •3 Post operative continuous epidural analgesia at least for 24hrs.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 History of back surgery
- •2 Emergency surgery
- •3 Repeat surgery
- •4 Not wiling for follow up in pain clinic if required
- •5 Pregnant females
- •6 Development of Post Dural Puncture Headache
- •7 Non-extubation at the end of the surgery
- •8 Pre-existing spinal abnormality
