Inclusion Criteria
1 Preoperative epidural catheter placement for post operative epidural analgesia for urologic, upper, and lower abdominal surgery under general anaesthesia.
2 American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) 1 and 2 patients
3 Post operative continuous epidural analgesia at least for 24hrs.
Exclusion Criteria
1 History of back surgery
2 Emergency surgery
3 Repeat surgery
4 Not wiling for follow up in pain clinic if required
5 Pregnant females
6 Development of Post Dural Puncture Headache
7 Non-extubation at the end of the surgery
8 Pre-existing spinal abnormality
