1. Aged 16 years old and over
2. Fluent in written and spoken English
3. Between 20 and 24 weeks pregnant
4. Capacity to give consent for study participation
5. Willingness to be randomised to receive the intervention
6. Have access to a personal mobile phone able to receive SMS messages
