- •All adult patients with uroliathiasis planned for extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy except the exclusion criteria.
排除标准
- •Anatomical abnormality
- •Uncontrolled Coagulopathy
- •Untreated UTI
- •Previous renal/ ureteric surgery
- •Ipsilateral ureteric calculus
- •Renal insufficiency Sr.Creatinine >1.8
- •Cardiac diseases (MI, Arrhythmias, cardiac surgery, IHD)
- •Uncontrolled HTN
- •Morbid Obesity
- •Uncontrolled DM
- •Immunocomprimised Patients
- •Pregnant women
