1)Volunteers above 18-55 years of age
2)No prior exposure to yoga
3)Those with FTND Score between 3 to 7 CPD (Low to High use)
4)At least 1 attempt to quit smoking in past 1 year
1)Those who underwent any recent surgery in past 6 months.
2)Those with Very low Nicotine dependency (FTND below 3)
3)Those with High Nicotine dependency (FTND above 7)
4)Currently enrolled in a Quit-Smoking program
5)Using medications to Quit Smoking
6)Two or more session of Yoga breath technique in last one month.
7)Medical condition that might make participation of Yoga difficult or potentially hazardous (e.g., heart failure, ischemia, and hypertension).
8)Subjects with neurodegenerative disorders and neurological disorders like stroke,
9)Major depressive disorders – psychiatric illness, anxiety disorder, cognitive impairment, severe hearing and visual impairments
10)Pregnant women
