入选标准
- •Inclusion criteria- All male or female between age of 18 to 75 years reffered for ERCP
- •Exclusion criteria-Patients with a history of recent ERCP, raised amylase prior to procedure, ongoing pancreatitis, patients with sphincterotomy or stenting, chronic pancreatitis, patients of suspected ampullary tumors, patients having coagulopathy and severe systemic diseases requiring intubation or ventilation , patients under 18 years of age , patients not willing to give consent, patients wth peri ampullary diverticulum and patients with Billroth II gastrectomy were excluded from study
排除标准
- •Patients with a history of recent ERCP, raised amylase prior to procedure, ongoing pancreatitis, patients with sphincterotomy or stenting, chronic pancreatitis, patients of suspected ampullary tumors, patients having coagulopathy and severe systemic diseases requiring intubation or ventilation, patients with peri ampullary diverticulum, patients with flat ampulla covered with multiple duodenal folds and patients with Billroth II gastrectomy
