- •Term ASA(amarican society of anesthesiology) I & II pregnant mothers aged 18-45 who are volunteer to participate in the study
排除标准
- •-Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (eclampsia, pre-eclampsia)
- •-Progressive neurologic disease
- •-Allergy to local anesthetics, NSAIDs, opioids
- •-Infection at the site
- •-Spinal anesthesia converted to general anesthesia because of total spinal or inadequate block
- •-BMI > 40 mg/m2
- •-Peptic ulcer disease
- •-Local anesthetic other than bupivacaine for either the spinal or block
