Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Term ASA(amarican society of anesthesiology) I \& II pregnant mothers aged 18\-45 who are volunteer to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (eclampsia, pre\-eclampsia)
  • •\-Progressive neurologic disease
  • •\-Allergy to local anesthetics, NSAIDs, opioids
  • •\-Infection at the site
  • •\-Spinal anesthesia converted to general anesthesia because of total spinal or inadequate block
  • •\-BMI \> 40 mg/m2
  • •\-Peptic ulcer disease
  • •\-Local anesthetic other than bupivacaine for either the spinal or block
