- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - After analyzing the a-diversity of microorganisms in the oral rinse and gingival crevicular fluid samples by 16s rRNA sequencing, the differences between the test group and the control group, and in the test group, were measured before periodontal treatment, 1 month after treatment, and 3 months after treatment. Compare and evaluate the difference.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - Changes in blood inflammatory biomarkers and cardiovascular disease-related indicators before and after periodontal treatment - Changes in clinical endpoints after periodontal treatment Periodontal pocket probing depth (mm) Bleeding on probing gingival recession) (mm) - After measuring the degree of calcification of the coronary artery measured by Coronary artery CT, the correlation according to the severity of periodontal disease was analyzed.
