Inclusion Criteria

Age Between 20 and 50 years, diagnosis of TMD base on DC/TMD and RCT/TMD ceriteria,click problems, limitation in maximum mouth opening and chronic orofacial pain more than 3 month.

Exclusion Criteria

History of recent facial trauma, congenital disorders, history of recent facial fracture, history or presence of recent musculoskeletal diseases?history or presence of cancer
History or presence of skin problems, history or previous treatment
History or presence of psychological disorders,
Patient with odontogenic pain
Complete denture patient
Periodental disease

Primary Outcome Measures

Intensity of spontanous pain. Timepoint: Spontaneous pain measurement before the study, 30 days after the completion of the laser therapy period, 30 and 90 days after using the occlusal splint. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale.
