Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 65 years or older.
2. Diagnosed with hip fractures from non-severe accidents, including femoral neck fracture and pertrochanteric fracture.
3. Treated with surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Multiple fracture
2.Pathologic fracture
3.Periprosthetic fracture
4.Cancer with ongoing treat within 6 month
5.Serious adverse event (FDA) during follow up and hospitalization
6.Refracture
