- •Community dwelling elderly individuals within the age of 60\-90 years
- •Both Male and Female
- •Elderly with mini mental score \>25
- •Frail and Nonfrail elderly population Fried phenotype Index
Exclusion Criteria
- •Elderly individuals having the following
- •Cognitive impairment
- •Neurological disorders
- •Bone diseases
- •Excessive pain
