A Comparative study between efficiency of Supreme-LMA and I-Gel in adult patients undergoing elective surgery .We conducted this study for 2 years.we compared changes in heamodynamic parameters,oropharyngeal airway seal pressure and other complications .conducted this study in healthy patients with minimum comorbidities.

入选标准

•1.ASA grade I and grade II patients 2.age 18-60 years of either sex 3.patients undergoing elective surgeries in supine position 4.patients with informed consent 5.BMI 18-25 6.Haemodynamically stable patients.

排除标准

•1.patient refusal 2.mallampatti grade III and IV 3.potentially full stomach patients 4.coagulation disorders 5.severe systemic disease.

主要结局

Oropharyngeal seal pressure

时间窗: After correct placement (around 10 min)

次要结局

Heart rate,SBP,DBP,oxygen saturation,post-op complications like sore throat,hoarseness and any injury(Base line,every 5 minutes of initial 15 minutes and then every 15 minutes till the end of surgery)
