- •24 examinable teeth (excluding third molar and teeth with prosthetic treatment, active caries and cavity and orthodontic appliance)

- •History of antibiotic and antiseptic mouthwash consumption for the past 3 months
- •Systemic problem or consumption of saliva-decreasing medications
