Inclusion Criteria
- •2\. BMI \<30 kg.m2\-
- •3\. Upper limb fresh isolated frature .
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients having ASA \> II
- •2\.BMI \> 30 kg.m2\-
- •3\.Patients having history of substance
- •4\.Patients having inability to use PCA pump.
- •5\.Allergy to study drug tramadol or
- •lignocaine.
- •6\.Patient with sympathetic disorder in upper
- •limb. i.e. in diabetes
- •7\.Patients with simultaneous acute post
- •operative pain in other parts of the body.
