- •2. BMI <30 kg.m2-
- •3. Upper limb fresh isolated frature .
排除标准
- •1.Patients having ASA > II
- •2.BMI > 30 kg.m2-
- •3.Patients having history of substance
- •4.Patients having inability to use PCA pump.
- •5.Allergy to study drug tramadol or
- •lignocaine.
- •6.Patient with sympathetic disorder in upper
- •limb. i.e. in diabetes
- •7.Patients with simultaneous acute post
- •operative pain in other parts of the body.
