•1.Post-operative wounds of patients pre-operatively diagnosed as Shleshmika Arsha and fitting the diagnostic criteria

•1.Age more than 60 and below 18 years.
•2.Pregnant women, Lactating mother, Major operations.
•3.Patients having chronic fissure in-ano and fissure in-ano with sentinel tags or hemorrhoids.
•4.Patients suffering from uncontrolled hypertension (BP more than 140/90 mmHg), uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (RBS more than 140 mg/Dl) and other major systemic disorders.
