Inclusion Criteria
1.Post-operative wounds of patients pre-operatively diagnosed as Shleshmika Arsha and fitting the diagnostic criteria
Exclusion Criteria
1.Age more than 60 and below 18 years.
2.Pregnant women, Lactating mother, Major operations.
3.Patients having chronic fissure in-ano and fissure in-ano with sentinel tags or hemorrhoids.
4.Patients suffering from uncontrolled hypertension (BP more than 140/90 mmHg), uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (RBS more than 140 mg/Dl) and other major systemic disorders.
