- •2. Ability to give informed consent to their involvement in the trial
- •3. Male and female participants
- •4. Aged 18 - 100

- •1. Pre-existing chronic pain
- •2. Use of regular strong opiate medication prior to surgery; specifically, patients using opiate patches or Gabapentin
