入选标准
- •1)ASA 1 to 3 patients undergoing below knee amputation surgery
- •2)Age between 18-60 years
排除标准
- •1)Patient who require more than one vasopressor/inotropic support
- •2)Previous history of stroke,Parapareis/mono paresis
- •3)Pre existing visual illness
- •4)Patients with altered sensorium
- •5)Patients who receive Pre-emptive analgesia in the form of nerve block or sympatholysis before amputation
- •6)Polytrauma patient undergoing below knee amputation
