Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)ASA 1 to 3 patients undergoing below knee amputation surgery
- •2\)Age between 18\-60 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patient who require more than one vasopressor/inotropic support
- •2\)Previous history of stroke,Parapareis/mono paresis
- •3\)Pre existing visual illness
- •4\)Patients with altered sensorium
- •5\)Patients who receive Pre\-emptive analgesia in the form of nerve block or sympatholysis before amputation
- •6\)Polytrauma patient undergoing below knee amputation
