Inclusion Criteria
1)ASA 1 to 3 patients undergoing below knee amputation surgery
2)Age between 18-60 years
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patient who require more than one vasopressor/inotropic support
2)Previous history of stroke,Parapareis/mono paresis
3)Pre existing visual illness
4)Patients with altered sensorium
5)Patients who receive Pre-emptive analgesia in the form of nerve block or sympatholysis before amputation
6)Polytrauma patient undergoing below knee amputation
