- •Patients, whose four grandparents are of Vietnamese descent.
- •written consent to participate in the study.
- •ASA\-group 1\-3\.

- •Patients, without a syndrome
- •Patients, whose four grandparents are of Vietnamese decent.

- •Relatives of a cleft patient
