Inclusion Criteria

1)Patients willing for voluntary participation and have signed informed consent for the described procedure

2)Patients having good physical and mental health and well formed or moderately formed residual alveolar ridge

3)Systemically healthy subjects (25-55 years)

4)Adequate bone quality and quantity at the implant site

5)Patients well motivated for implant therapy and maintaining good oral hygiene

6)Patients requiring bilateral implant placement

Exclusion Criteria

1)Immunocompromised patients

2)Grafted site (previous or during implant placement)/ Immediate implant cases

3)Patients of chronic and aggressive periodontitis

4)Flapless procedures

5)Alcohol or drug abuse

6)Physiologically compromised patients

7)Patients with TMJ disorders , severe residual ridge resorption, orofacial tumors and gross facial deformity, mucositis, radiation therapy, parafunctional habits etc

8)Patients with active diseases of the implant bed (eg. Residual cysts)
