Study Overview
Brief Summary
A total of 220 patients were included. 87 patients were NACT group and 133 patients were primary surgery group. Mean propensity score of NACT was 0.6 and primary surgery was 0.3. NACT group had complete remission less than primary surgery group ( 37.9% vs 68.4%) but partial or stable and dead more than primary surgery group. No significant different after adjusted by propensity score and NACT group tend to more complete remission.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Advance stage ostage III-IV ovarian
- •cancer, fallopian tube cancer and peritoneal cancer who underwent treatment at Oncologic
- •gynecology unit, Surin hospital of Thailand from 1 January 2011 to 30 April 2021 and couldn follow
- •survival to 30 November 2021.varian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, peritoneal cancer stage III-IV
Exclusion Criteria
- •inoperable in primary surgery group and unfit in NACT group
