Inclusion Criteria
- •Neck pain for more than 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Existing Hip/Knee pathology. 2\) Cervical radiculopathy, Spondylolisthesis, Rheumatoid Arthritis of the cervical spine. 3\) History of infections/trauma/tumor to the cervical spine. 4\) Diagnosed cases of neuromuscular disorders. 5\) Cervical spine fractures. 6\) Head and Neck Surgeries.
