入选标准
- •Age: 20 to 80 years old
- •Pancreatic pancreatic duct adenocarcinoma characterized by preoperative histologic examination or characterized by imaging
- •If there is no evidence of distant metastasis
- •Left adrenal gland, and mesentery (mseocolon) without involvement of other adjacent organs
- •Resection margin can be secured from main blood vessels (CHA, celiac axis, SMA, SMV-PV)
- •ECOG performance score 0-2
- •Patient who agrees and signs Informed consent
排除标准
- •A history of other malignant tumors (except when there is no evidence of recurrence after 5 years of treatment)
- •If other major abdominal organs other than the planned distal pancreatectomy are needed,
- •Recurrent pancreatic cancer
- •- Patients who received prior chemotherapy
- •If you have underlying disease with high risk of general anesthesia
- •Those who are not suitable for the study as judged by other researchers
