Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients of either gender, aged 18-65 years, diagnosed with head and neck cancer who are planned for elective surgery under general anaesthesia with nasal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
Not willing to participate
Mouth opening = 2.5 cm
Planned for awake nasal intubation
Undergoing emergency procedure
Requiring rapid sequence induction of anaesthesia
